LITE-UP Texas provides electric bill discounts in the hottest months of the year: May-September. The household must be below 125% FPL to qualify.

Importantly, the application for LITE-UP Texas also include an application for the Link Up and Lifeline programs, which provide discounts on phone set-up (Link Up) and monthly service (Lifeline), for households under 150% FPL.
